Responsibilities
- Safely handle and transport food items from the kitchen to dining areas, adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols.
- Expedite orders by organizing and delivering dishes promptly to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing, to support kitchen operations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management using clear, professional language to coordinate order flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables efficiently and resetting dining areas for incoming guests.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order accuracy when necessary.

Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable, especially in roles involving serving, bussing, or expediting.
