What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Attendant position at Hotel El Roblar?
Welcome guests to the pool area and provide friendly, professional service.
Monitor the pool deck and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Set up, arrange, and maintain lounge chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and poolside amenities.
Distribute, collect, and organize pool towels.
Ensure adequate supplies of towels, sunscreen, water stations, and guest amenities.
Remove trash and debris from pool areas throughout the day.
Clean and sanitize pool furniture, tables, and common areas as needed.
Monitor pool area for safety concerns and report hazards immediately.
Enforce pool rules and hotel policies in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist guests with directions, hotel information, and general inquiries.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Desk departments regarding guest needs and maintenance concerns.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly.
Maintain accurate records of towel inventory and pool area supplies when required.
Support special events and activities held in the pool area.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
