Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time)

Maintains the working condition of structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing for building fixtures, vehicles, and appliances on the property; maintains and cleans the pool.

Assists in maintaining a strict and secure key system for the hotel rooms and property.

Assists in maintaining an inventory of all tools, chemicals, paints, etc. used by the Maintenance Department.

Assists in monitoring and servicing the installed safety systems, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, lighting, skid surfacing, etc. for the property.

Participates in remodeling, rebuilding, redecorating projects as planned and assigned. 

Cordially greets all guests and offers assistance as needed. 

Maintains current awareness and understanding of applicable laws and El Roblar’s Policies and Procedures, and complies with the same. 

Presents a professional appearance and demeanor and conducts themselves accordingly at all times.

Performs other duties assigned by the Director of Engineering.
