We are a growing construction company focused on hotel renovation projects across the country, delivering high-quality work with strong attention to detail, efficient execution, and long-term client partnerships.
We are looking to bring on a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in expanding our network and building meaningful relationships with hotel owners, management companies, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Lead client conversations, presentations, and proposal coordination, including responding to RFPs
- Work closely with project managers and estimators to support accurate pricing and project alignment
- Manage and track opportunities from initial outreach through project award
- Support contract discussions and ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to execution
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows
- Maintain a strong understanding of our services and effectively communicate our approach and capabilities
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relations, or a similar role (construction industry preferred)
- Familiarity with hotel or hospitality renovation projects is a strong plus
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand construction proposals, budgets, and project scope
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Background
- Existing relationships within the hospitality or construction industry
- Understanding of construction project workflows, bidding processes, and client expectations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
