Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Hotel Colony Miami Beach, located in Miami Beach, FL. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. The Front Desk Staff member will also handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to create memorable stays for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and experience with Receptionist Duties
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy, including knowledge of basic office software
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
