We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing front desk responsibilities. Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
