What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant/Housekeeping position at Hotel Carlisle?
Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests. This position is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas while providing excellent service and supporting the overall success of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms and assigned areas are neat, clean, and properly stocked.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other hotel departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
