POSITION OBJECTIVE
To service, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests courteously and efficiently. To maintain knowledge of assigned function, along with opening and closing duties. To maintain cleanliness of all banquet areas and equipment.

Essential Job Functions
- Able to follow directions as well as specific tasks given from the Banquet Director, Banquet Manager, Beverage Captain and the Banquet Captain.
- Responsible for understanding the assigned functions and able to deliver from opening duties until the closing duties with minimal supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of their respective areas.
- Previous bartending experience required.
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- High school graduate
- Knowledge of food, wine & liquor service preferred.
- Complete the South Carolina state-approved ServSafe Alcohol Online Course & Exam within 30 days of hire
- Possess a valid ABL Server License issued by the state of South Carolina within 30 days of hire
- Requires the ability to prepare drinks and provide service to the guests at any given time.
- Needs to be able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to communicate in English with management, co-worker, and the guests.
- Must be able to lift minimum weight of 20 lbs.
- Capable of working consecutive hours without sitting down.
- Pushing or pulling portable bar(s) without help of others is required.
