Hot Diggity is an award-winning, woman-owned independent pet retailer with three Cape Cod locations dedicated to helping dogs (and cats!) live long, healthy, happy lives. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, dog-loving Store Manager to lead our Mashpee Commons location.
This is more than a retail management job. It's an opportunity to build relationships with customers and their pets, mentor a fantastic team, create beautiful displays, and help people discover products that truly make a difference in their pets' lives.

What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate a small team while creating a positive, supportive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with our customers (both two- and four-legged).
- Keep the store looking beautiful through merchandising, organization, and attention to detail.
- Help customers find products that fit their pets' individual needs.
- Receive inventory, stock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory.
- Open and close the store independently with confidence.
- Work independently when needed and jump in as part of the team wherever necessary.
- Help us continue creating a shopping experience that's unlike anywhere else on Cape Cod.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves dogs of every breed, age, and personality.
- Has previous retail leadership or management experience.
- Is dependable, organized, and enjoys staying busy.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Has a creative eye for merchandising and displays.
- Is comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems.
- Can prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
- Is available for a full-time schedule based on a 40-hour work week, primarily Monday through Friday, with some weekends and holidays as business needs require.
