We're looking for a motivated Function & Retail Operations Manager to help lead our team and continue building on nearly 90 years of success.
Position Overview
The Retail Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operation of the business. You'll work closely with ownership to oversee store operations, lead employees, maintain exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and help drive continued growth.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and creating a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily functions & retail operations
- Supervise, coach, and support team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
- Maintain merchandising and store presentation
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and product receiving
- Build relationships with customers, vendors, and sales representatives
- Assist with scheduling and labor management
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and alcohol regulations
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience
