Position: Line Cook- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available!
Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Job Classification: Food Service
Age Requirement: 16 Years old

Position Duties:
- Operation of Kitchen Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets
- Follow Marzoni’s Standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner
- Stock line and prep food when needed by following FIFO: First in- First out
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed
