Job Description:
- Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment
- Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of walls, floors, drains and shelves.
- Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets.
- Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough.
- Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni’s standard – open kitchen.
- Performing other duties as assigned or directed.
