Senor Panchos is seeking a General Manager and Kitchen Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume Tex-Mex restaurant known for its loyal guest base, strong sales, and consistent execution.

Open Positions

General Manager (GM)

• Own full P&L, labor, and overall restaurant performance
• Lead and develop FOH BOH management teams
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain service standards and operational consistency
• Build culture, accountability, and retention

Kitchen Manager (KM)

• Lead BOH operations in a high-volume Tex-Mex kitchen
• Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and prep systems
• Ensure recipe consistency, execution, and ticket times
• Train and develop kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years management experience (GM: 3–5 years preferred)
• Tex-Mex, Mexican, or high-volume full-service experience strongly preferred
• Hands-on leadership style—lead from the front
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, and operational systems
• Ability to perform under pressure and drive results

Compensation

• General Manager: $85,000 bonus
• Kitchen Manager: $75,000 bonus
• Health benefits PTO included
