We’re hiring a General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Front of House Manager who can lead from day one and build something the right way.

Open Positions
General Manager (GM)
- Lead the restaurant through opening and ongoing operations
- Own P&L, labor, hiring, training, and overall performance
- Build and develop the entire management team
- Drive sales, profitability, and guest experience
- Establish systems, standards, and culture
Kitchen Manager (KM)
- Set up and lead BOH operations in a scratch kitchen
- Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and prep systems
- Ensure steak temps, burger execution, and ticket times are consistent
- Hire, train, and develop kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and operational standards
Front of House Manager (FOH)
- Help open and lead a high-energy dining room
- Train and develop service staff from the ground up
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage labor, scheduling, and shift execution
- Set the tone for hospitality, pace, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years management experience (GM: 3–5 years preferred)
- High-volume, full-service, or steakhouse experience preferred
- Opening experience is a plus
- Hands-on leadership style—lead from the front
- Strong operational discipline (labor, food cost, systems)
Compensation
- General Manager: $85,000 bonus
- Kitchen Manager / FOH Manager: $75,000 bonus
- Full benefits paid relocation included
