Experience:
- 3-5 years minimum Restaurant General Manager
- 3 years minimum Restaurant Manager
- Adept knowledge of P and L's, budgeting, ordering, inventory, and training.
- Servant leader mentality
- Strong leadership qualities
- 1-3$ million in annual revenue
- Scratch kitchen experience a plus
