Make follow-up calls to patients, ensuring they feel supported even after leaving our ER.

Provide clear, compassionate answers to billing and care inquiries.

Handle nurse calls and patient messages with professionalism and urgency.

Keep accurate charts, records, and documentation up to standard.

Support compliance, accountability, and daily operations with a patient-first mindset.
✅ What We’re Looking For

LVN certification associate degree (required)

Prior patient care or customer service experience (preferred)

Current, unrestricted driver’s license

Ability to stay calm in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Flexibility with scheduling
