HR Service Center Rep

Pay Range:

$22.05 - $33.08

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an HR Service Center Rep to join our team. Serves as a central point-of-contact and resource to colleagues and leaders for all Human Resources (HR) needs, including but not limited to benefits, policies, procedures, programs, and self-service. Provides input and resources to assist in navigating complex HR needs and engages HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists as needed. Consistently delivers excellence in customer service and support.

o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:

• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in recruiting, colleague development, health and wellness programs, benefits, compensation, colleague relations or related human resources experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
