CNA- Home Hospice
Per Diem (as needed)
This position provides personal care services, while promoting excellence in end of life care. High school diploma or GED required. Nurse’s Aide certification and 1 year of experience required. Must be able to complete 4 - 5 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
