This role works closely with the Production Manager to help coordinate activities, maintain workflow, and ensure alignment across teams. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on execution, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced plant environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Plant/Production Manager in coordinating daily operational activities
- Act as a point of coordination between production, warehouse, and supply chain teams
- Assist with production scheduling, order prioritization, and material flow
- Help identify and escalate operational issues or delays
- Support inventory tracking, material availability, and order accuracy
- Maintain and update data in ERP systems (production, inventory, orders)
- Assist in tracking key metrics (output, on-time shipping, etc.)
- Provide floor support to ensure daily priorities are executed
- Communicate updates and help ensure alignment across teams
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory systems preferred
