- Oversee all daily clinic operations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with **OSHA**, **HIPAA**, and infection control standards
- Oversee facility safety and cleanliness
- Prepare and manage the annual clinic budget
- Oversee billing, insurance claims, and collections
- Monitor key metrics (collections, A/R, patient flow)
- Generate operational and financial reports
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth strategies
- Supervise patient scheduling and recall systems
- Ensure efficient patient flow and service excellence
- Resolve patient concerns and monitor satisfaction metrics

- OSHA and HIPAA compliance certification preferred
- 3--5 years of experience in healthcare administration (dental or medical preferred)
- At least 2 years in a **supervisory or management** role
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental)
- Proven success in managing budgets, staff, and clinic operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
