Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of experience to provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages in a collaborative outpatient setting.

You’ll manage acute and chronic conditions, provide preventive care, and educate patients and families on wellness and disease management. You’ll work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team in a clinic that values collaboration, support, and work-life balance.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
Minimum 1 year NP experience, preferably in family medicine, primary care, or internal medicine
Passion for patient-centered care and teamwork
