RN Supervisor

Horsham Center for Jewish Life, a 324-bed long-term care facility, is seeking a RN Supervisor to provide leadership and ensure high-quality nursing care during the evening shift. Join our team and help maintain safe, compassionate, and excellent care for all residents.

Shift:

Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or Weekends 7:00a-7:00 or 7:00p-7:00a

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with resident care plans, policies, and regulations
• Oversee medication administration and resident safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to maintain high-quality care
• Act as the leadership point of contact for staff and administration on the evening shift
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania
• Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
• Long-term care experience preferred
