RN Supervisor

• Ensure proper medication administration and resident safety.
• Supervise and train LPNs and CNAs, ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Coordinate with staff and departments to meet residents' needs.
• Participate in resident and family orientation, monitor care quality, and support staff development.
• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
