- Position: Medication Technician
- Shifts Available: Weekend & PRN
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders
- Complete medication passes in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform narcotic counts per protocol
- Monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition
- Maintain proper documentation and medication records
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Follow all PA DHS and Assisted Living (AL) regulations and facility policies
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Current certification as a Medication Technician (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
