Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We are currently seeking an operations-focused and results-driven Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Assistant Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Administrator and contribute to the overall success and well-being of our center while adhering to local, state and federal regulations and laws of SNFs/LTCF.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to the Administrator in managing the day-to-day operations of the center
Assist in coordinating and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality care
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall performance
Conduct administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, physicians, and community partners
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality care standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in state of PA strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills necessary to successfully manage day-to-day operations in accordance with all local, state and federal codes, rules and regulations
Demonstrate strong financial management and budgetary skills
Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and areas of specialty care
Exhibit strong organizational capabilities
Demonstrate empathy and good listening skills
Remain flexible and adaptable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
