HVAC Apprentice
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Overtime Available
Pay: $22-$24 hourly

Horsetooth Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Apprentice to join our install team. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience (automotive, construction, maintenance, etc.) and wants to grow into a skilled HVAC technician.
We'll train you, but you need to come in ready to work and learn.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with installation of furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
- Work side-by-side with experienced installers
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Help prep jobs, move equipment, and complete installs
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Learn HVAC systems, installation standards, and best practices
What We're Looking for
- Mechanical or hands-on work experience required (automotive, construction, apartment maintenance, etc.)
- Comfortable working with tools and in the field
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Valid driver's license
