Horsetooth Heating & Air is hiring an HVAC Apprentice to join our install team. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience (automotive, construction, maintenance, etc.) and wants to grow into a skilled HVAC technician.

We'll train you, but you need to come in ready to work and learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with installation of furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps
• Work side-by-side with experienced installers
• Use hand and power tools daily
• Help prep jobs, move equipment, and complete installs
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Learn HVAC systems, installation standards, and best practices
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or hands-on work experience required (automotive, construction, apartment maintenance, etc.)
• Comfortable working with tools and in the field
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver's license
