Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Hornsby Tire Distributors, one of the fastest-growing tire distributors in the Southeast, is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dothan, Alabama.
This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and providing excellent service to both customers and internal team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting customers and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- General customer service support
- Accurate data entry and administrative tasks
- Supporting office staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, dependable work ethic
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
