What are the responsibilities and job description for the Futsal Academy Coach (Summer) position at Hornets Futsal?
Hornets Futsal Club is looking to recruit experienced Futsal/Soccer coaches to join our new National Futsal Academy team starting April 2026
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Hornets Futsal mission, Values and Philosophy.
- Deliver the Hornets Futsal curriculum.
- Plan and deliver training sessions within specific age groups.
- Track development of each player in accordance with academy standards.
- Enjoy working with children and assisting their development.
- Be a strong role model and lead by example.
Personal Requirements
- Able to self manage and work to targets
- Strong administration & communication skills
- Highly energetic and motivational
- Clear understanding or Futsal history, rules and culture
- Willing to travel in Cary, Chapel Hill, Chatham County, Durham and Hillsborough.
Qualifications
- USSF D License of above (preferred)
- Full training will be given
Hour & Compensation
- 3-5 hours per week
- Fridays & Weekends
- Compensation dependent on experience
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
