Customs Brokerage Manager | Fife, WA (Hybrid)
Lead a High-Performing Customs Brokerage Team with a Global Logistics Leader
Global transportation leader seeking experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to oversee daily brokerage operations, lead and develop a team of customs professionals, and drive process excellence in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Location: Fife, WA
Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Thu onsite, Fri remote)

What We're Looking For
✔ 5 years of Customs Brokerage import experience
✔ 3 years of leadership experience within a Customs Brokerage environment
✔ Customs Broker License (CHB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) required
✔ Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and brokerage operations
✔ Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
✔ Proven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and deliver results
What You'll Do
✅ Lead, coach, and develop Customs Brokerage team members
✅ Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities
✅ Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency
✅ Manage workload distribution, training, and performance reviews
✅ Resolve operational issues while maintaining exceptional customer relationships
✅ Partner with leadership to improve processes and drive continuous improvement
