SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Ensure all route trucks are loaded and checked properly in the morning prior to drivercheckout.
- Any discrepanciesidentifiedand addressed, such as short product or wrong product and damaged product. Also confirm that all cases are vertically stacked and accessible for all drivers on the route.
- Note and report all issues so this could be rectified in the future.
- Maintains inventory by conducting daily physical counts,reconciles,variances, and inputs data.
- Assist Shop Arizona team with the shipping and receiving needs.
- Unload any products that arrive during the day and confirm accuracy with the BOL
- and sign onceagreed towith the driver.
- Load customers trucks and match theinvoice and BOLand sign onceagreed towith the driver.
- Notify the company personnel ifthe productis available in the warehouse for pickup.
- Coordinate donations product, pos or coolers are loaded & delivered on house truck
- Track times of truck departures/arrivals & miles on trucks
- Report routes that was not loaded onto a truck
- Keep the warehouseclean;pallets organized and separated.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Must be CDL & Forklift Certified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.

Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
