JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: US Beverage Packers (USBP)/Maintenance
FACILITY LOCATION: Keasbey, NJ
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Manager
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate the installation, maintenance and repair work in the facility. He will manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Recruit supervise and train maintenance technicians.
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Participate in coordination of projects (e.g., renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- All other duties, as required or needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- HSD, College Degree preferred
- 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Mechanic
- Superior knowledge of bottling equipment
- Excellent knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Highly motivated, results oriented, driven.
