JOB TITLE: Warehouse Dispatch
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: US Beverage Packers (USBP)
FACILITY LOCATION: Keasbey, NJ
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Supervisor
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE (Basic purpose of job)
The Warehouse Dispatch assists with the monitoring of the receiving, shipping, storage and distribution of all items in the warehouse, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper departments in an effective and efficient manner as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- General warehouse duties to support scheduling distribution center inbound and outbound shipments.
- Print out BOL and other necessary paperwork for outgoing loads
- Assign dock doors for customer trucks
- Ability to communicate with all areas of the company including the main office, Production, carriers and drivers. Consistent support responding to emails and fax transmissions
- Keep all documentation and records accurate and up-to-date with latest data to prevent errors in processing or delivery.
- Satisfy documentation requirements by using SAP software to produce estimates,
invoices and tracking spreadsheets.
- Prepare and load merchandise onto trucks
- Receive, and accept inbound freight orders
- Talk with drivers, shippers and consignees to resolve problems and update system with details
- Provide outdoor yard checks and checkpoint monitoring
- All other duties, as required or needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Work & Excel
- Must be a self-starter and highly energized
- Must have motivation and skills working with Driver and Helper
- Customer Service skills at best in class level
- 2 year's experience as a Dispatcher preferred
