Housekeeping

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Clean all offices, bathrooms, catwalks, gym, cafeterias, seminar and conference rooms

Vacuum all carpeted areas.

Sweep and mop of all tiled flooring.

Clean all glass doors, walls & windows.

Replenish cafeteria supplies, clean microwaves, daily maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines, cleaning of refrigerators 

Dust all horizontal surfaces.

Complete sanitation of restrooms, replenish supplies, refill soap dispensers, and empty trash receptacles.

Clean all toilets, urinals & sinks.

Pickup and dispose of trash and debris from the property’s grounds.

Broom sweep the factory floor.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Empty all trash bins into dumpster.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance/janitorial field helpful.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & supplies
• Ability to take direction & cooperate with the staff
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
