Responsibilities
- Contact customers to perform needs analysis, including vehicle make, type, and desired features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
- Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, licensing, discounts, and financing or leasing requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle inventory lot.
- Complete all required paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with vehicle operation.
- Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

- At least 2 years of automotive internet sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of related internet sales management experience or equivalent education and training.
- Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills to maintain contact with clients before and after sales.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
