Residential HVAC Service Technician - Build Your Career with a 4-Day Work Week

Our Service Technicians work a 4-day schedule, giving you three to four three-day weekends every month, while still providing the stability and earning potential that comes with a growing, professional team. You'll have the support, tools, and training needed to succeed while focusing on what you do best: solving problems and delivering quality work for customers.

Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Schedule Options: Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday (we also have a Friday - Monday weekend shift available)

Limited on-call rotation with 24/7 team support available when you need it.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping customers comfortable and systems running reliably. Your work will focus on diagnosing issues, completing repairs, and ensuring every system performs the way it should.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems
• Perform service, repairs, and maintenance with attention to quality and safety
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Represent the company professionally in customers' homes
• Manage your service calls efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards
• Continue developing your skills through training and real-world experience

This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy solving problems, working independently, and continually improving their technical abilities.

What You Can Expect From Us

Earning Potential: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and performance
Top performers can exceed $150,000 annually
