MATERIAL HANDLER - Alda facility - day shift

Electro Mechanical Technicians focus on maintaining and improving equipment, ensuring uptime, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including motors, pneumatics, and conveyors
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical systems: motors, drives, sensors, relays, and control circuits
• Troubleshoot automated equipment including sensors, VFDs, servo systems, and safety circuits
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control diagrams
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting; basic PLC programming experience preferred
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new equipment
• Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of industrial automation and machine control systems
• Understanding of PLC-controlled equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
