The Team Leader (Production Supervisor) position is responsible for leading team members by managing and executing plant processes. This includes managing team members in attaining production and quality goals, ensuring appropriate resources are available to maintain production schedules, and supporting continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
