Hourly pay rate: Hire $21.90, 6 months $22.47, 1 year $23.42
Job Responsibilities
1. Set up and adjust machines in RTE
2. Monitor performance of the line throughout production to ensure best yield and quality are being met
3. Perform some preventative maintenance on the line
4. Perform and document both pre-op and post-op equipment checks and moveable equipment forms
5. Must maintain a high degree of safety awareness
Minimum Qualifications
* Understand the RTE manufacturing processes
* Credible in understanding how to perform all the jobs in the area
* Ensure all safety devices are functioning and operational
* Perform preventative maintenance activities
* Ability to do record keeping
* Troubleshoot mechanical problems & provide feedback to operation supervisors and to maintenance mechanics
* Understand all the jobs in the department
* No performance work actions in the last 6 months
* No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
Preferred Qualifications
* Past mechanical experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
