• 7 years of professional experience in vendor management or supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and operational excellence methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Experience in the Tech, Travel, or Gig/Sharing Economy sectors.
• Familiarity with two-sided marketplace dynamics and host/guest support.
