Training/Education Specialist

Join a dynamic team as a Training/Education Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact medical education programs. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a collaborative environment focused on enhancing training experiences.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support and customers.
• Execute medical education courses and workshops in a bioskills lab environment, ensuring effective training delivery.
• Maintain the bioskills lab, ensuring all training aids and setups align with program objectives.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to manage projects from design through to implementation.
  
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in working with cadaveric tissue within a bioskills lab setting.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Training, Field Sales, or Clinical Support in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with general supervision.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Scrub Tech or Surgical Nurse, particularly within the ENT specialty.
• Hands-on experience with Medtronic ENT products, such as StealthStation Navigation or IPC Powered Surgical Systems.
• A deep understanding of sterile fields, surgical instrumentation, and operating room flow.
