Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust partner engagement framework, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, transferring ownership to cross-functional teams for sustained success.
- Create tracking and reporting systems to monitor program performance and partner compliance.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to establish a streamlined communication strategy for partner-facing interactions.
- Build technical support and enablement resources, including training programs and troubleshooting guides for partners.
- Establish governance and risk management frameworks to ensure program stability and compliance.
- Manage day-to-day program operations during the build phase, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management, particularly in building programs from the ground up.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, able to identify gaps and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing executive-level documentation and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple teams, including engineering, business development, and marketing.
- Experience in the advertising technology or marketing technology sectors.
- Familiarity with consent management and data privacy regulations.
- Background in designing automated communication workflows for large partner ecosystems.
- Certifications such as PMP or PgMP are a plus.
