HR Coordinator - Compliance

Join our dynamic team as a HR Coordinator - Compliance, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting immigration processes and driving full-cycle recruitment in Technology and Operations. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage employment-based permanent residency processes in collaboration with external immigration counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent using innovative methods.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and provide proactive communication.
• Track and manage immigration case timelines, ensuring efficient progression and closure.
  
  
  

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and hire candidates while adhering to compliant practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage mid-level and senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, applicant tracking systems, and social media techniques.
• Expertise in sourcing methods and techniques, including cold calling.
