Responsibilities
- Lead multiple IT projects through all phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs while managing project budgets and financial tracking.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business leaders and project teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years specifically in IT project management.
- Proven track record managing large-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong understanding of IT development lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
