Sr Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders to create clear specifications.

• Support compliance efforts by ensuring requirements align with regulatory expectations and developing corresponding test scenarios.
• Track and communicate changes, risks, and issues related to requirements, ensuring clarity on potential impacts.

• Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation within complex project environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Knowledge of federal and state certification processes and compliance standards.
