- Contribute to project planning and process improvement initiatives while maintaining alignment with operational policies.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and documentation within complex project environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
- Knowledge of federal and state certification processes and compliance standards.
- Proficient in managing changes, risks, and issues effectively while communicating with stakeholders.
- Ability to support project planning and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Experience in the health and well-being sector, particularly with federal and state programs.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
