Responsibilities
- Guide the product team in delivering continuous improvements to the point-of-sale system.
- Oversee project resources, timelines, and risks, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and align with business objectives.
- Apply scrum methodologies to steer the team through iterative project cycles.
- Ensure project deliverables meet the expected value for business partners.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager, especially in retail or point-of-sale systems.
- Strong grasp of scrum methodologies and effective stakeholder management.
- Exceptional planning and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage scope, time, and resources flexibly and adaptively.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
- High levels of executive presence and communication skills.
- Background in managing product delivery in technology-driven environments.
