Responsibilities
- Manage the execution and delivery of the Policy CRM and AI workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with global campaign teams to integrate user feedback into product development and priorities.
- Lead the reporting and insights sharing on project progress, identifying blockers and success metrics.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, CRM, and political technology to leverage opportunities for growth.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to enhance collaboration and achieve shared objectives.
- At least eight years of experience in public policy, marketing, or operations.
- Demonstrated ability in program or project management within complex environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
