- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate system adoption.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to boost design process efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the design systems community.
- Proficiency in Figma, including expertise in component libraries, tokens, and responsive design.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Proven experience in collaborating within agile environments.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design processes.
- Familiarity with design system governance and lifecycle management.
