Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance program features and marketing content effectiveness.
- Conduct statistical tests, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports to monitor program health.
- Investigate key aspects of customer behavior upon request from business leaders.
- Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify trends and improve customer engagement.
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning discussions across teams.
- Proficient with complex datasets and data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced SQL skills essential for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate business requirements into insightful analysis.
- Experience in academic or professional statistics and programming.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and business teams.
- Experience with SAS programming.
- Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or marketing.
