Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive insights and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the performance of program features and marketing content based on customer response and retention metrics.
• Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize performance.
• Design, build, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor program health.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders, analyzing customer behavior and identifying key trends.
• Utilize data mining and model building techniques to capture important insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other stakeholders in strategic planning discussions.
  
  
  

Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Proficient analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
